  • The Resilience for Life® Seminar delivers numerous stress-busting techniques that improve quality of life. (2 hrs. or full-day)

  • 60-minute workshops in Chair Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work, or Mat Yoga. (An ideal introduction to gauge your employees' interest in regularly scheduled classes.)

        



All programs adapt to the workplace. 
Men and women of all ages, fitness levels and body types can participate. 
Classes usually take place before or after work, or at lunchtime.
