Chair Yoga Workshop - March 28th - Westchester
This 2-hour workshop is part of Tao Porchon-Lynch's teacher training
program for the Westchester Institute of Yoga. While it is geared to
teachers, it is also open to the public and those interested in
practicing a gentler form of yoga. The principles of teaching a yoga
class in a chair will be covered, including adaptations for those with

Ayurveda Retreat - May 13th-16th - Rye, NY
This long weekend will include workshops on stress reduction, lectures on Ayurveda and The Chakra System, an Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop, Yoga, Meditation, and of course Ayurvedic Panchakarma Therapies, supervised by Dr. Manjula Paul.
