She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association, the Int’l Federation of Public Speaking and an award-winning member of Graybar Toastmasters in NYC.  As a corporate spokesperson, she has toured nationally, presenting live for Fortune500 clients such as AT&T, and Canon. Ms. Meyer makes regular TV and radio appearances and relies upon the stress reducing practices she teaches to maintain balance and recharge her own batteries.

She is co-chair of the NSA Health & Wellness PEG and hosts bi-monthly tele-seminars for members of the National Speakers Association. As a writer, Jaymie has had numerous personal essays and articles published.  She was a featured guest on BackRoads StoryRadio, an NPR affiliate, reading two original essays.  Her articles on health and well-being have appeared in Corporate Wellness Magazine, NSA's Health & Wellness Newsletter, Yoga Therapy in Practice, Integral Yoga Magazine, and NAMASTE.
