We live in challenging times. The associated stress causes illness, lowers production and fuels interpersonal conflicts in the workplace.
Companies that invest in corporate wellness report reduced stress among their employees. We teach workers basic tools for dealing with stress. Those who have learned these skills report improved health, along with:
Increased productivity
Higher motivation
Heightened creativity
Improved concentration
Sharper mental clarity
A more positive outlook
Fewer sick days and stress-related illnesses
Greater comfort at desks and workstations
