Yoga is fun and rejuvenating, never depleting!  Movement, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, meditation and stress management; all these are aspects of yoga practice.

Each Resilience for Life® session is unique.  Whether the goal is maintaining health, building strength, or recovering from illness or injury, each session is designed to help promote wellness and well-being based on specific needs.

Sessions are held in the client's home or workplace and are generally one hour long.

If an individual is under a physician's care, a phone consultation with the doctor might be advised to ensure that one's needs are being safely addressed.
 
Private sessions are currently available in New York City.
