Beyond Relaxation: Coherence
Coherence (global synchronization throughout all systems of the body) is different than relaxation. When we are coherent, we experience better results in energy, health, resilience, creativity, problem-solving, efficiency and well-being.

If you are long-time meditator, HeartMath does not replace these practices. I have found that it has only deepened my 25+ year practice of meditation.
While not essential to utilizing the HeartMath techniques, a key component of the resilience-building practice is the award-winning HeartMath technology which provides real-time monitoring of the impact of emotions on physiology and cognitive state.
For private coaching, I recommend either a handheld device called the emWave2® or an iPhone/iPad app called InnerBalance®.
