Both the Resilience for Life Stress Reduction and Resilience Advantage workshops are backed by science. Both deliver powerful yet easy-to-learn techniques that support wellness and help to reduce stress. Each is a unique, stand-alone seminar, but all are complementary and can work together.
All programs can be delivered on-site or online. All adapt to the workplace, and people of all ages, fitness levels and body types can participate.

- Four 1 hour presentations
