The Resilience for Life Stress Reduction workshop offers simple, easy-to-learn techniques to recognize and reduce stress. The program is delivered to participants seated in chairs. People of all ages, fitness levels and body types can participate.
Experiential, interactive and fun, the program includes
- Breathing techniques.
- Dynamic physical movement.
- Deep relaxation.
- Concentration techniques.
Each segment is supported by science-backed techniques that participants can put to use right away.
Optional: One month of weekly live teleconference calls. The calls begin one week after the on-site workshop and help to reinforce what workshop participants have learned and to answer any questions. The calls are recorded and available only to workshop participants.
