The skills I teach are complementary, not alternative practices. I am passionate about using the best of ancient wisdom and modern science to achieve real and lasting results.
I believe mind, body and heart have much to teach us about our internal, often untapped wisdom. We have a deep capacity for joy, self-regulation and healing – on many levels.
Working with businesses, groups and individuals alike, both onsite and virtually, it has been my privilege to guide thousands of people to greater health and well-being.
I bring a compassionate heart and playful spirit to everyone I come into contact with. My knowledge of hard science and Eastern wisdom coupled with my intuition guide me in motivating and inspiring others on their unique journey.
